Please be aware that during your participation in vacations operated by Magna Voyage, certain risks & dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Magna Voyage will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered.
While Magna Voyage will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a vacation and/or optional excursions you agree that you will hold Magna Voyage harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. Magna Voyage is not responsible for such risks and dangers that may arise beyond our control. Payment of your deposit indicates you accept these risks and dangers and agree to hold Fly trail harmless for the same.
No refund is possible if the tour is canceled due to bad weather, civil/political disturbance, or anything beyond human control. But in such cases there will be full cooperation from the entire Magna Voyage team to make an alternate arrangement. If there are any additional costs which need to be paid for alternate arrangements guests will have to pay it there itself.
This package does not include or cover any type of travel insurance /accidental insurance/ medical insurance. If the customer thinks they require any of the above-mentioned insurance for their trip, they have arranged it at their own expense from the open market.
NOTE: ON PAYING THE BOOKING AMOUNT, IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT YOU AGREE TO THE ITINERARY, PAYMENT TERMS, AND TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Owing to the current Covid-19/Pandemic situation, the guest is required to make a note of below point in addition to existing cancellation policy
During travel there may be instances, wherein airlines/hotels/restaurants/suppliers/associates are unable to provide for the booked services due to various reasons which may include but are not limited to:
Temporary shutdown of associates/suppliers on account of Covid-19 emergency.
Guests has shown the symptoms of Covid-19 or a Covid-19 test report has come back positive.
Guest does not follow or agrees to follow the safety norms prescribed by the concerned authority / service provider.
The airline/rail transport service is paused/canceled/rescheduled due to any Covid-19 emergency.
In such cases, cancellation will be as per prevailing cancellation policy. This being said, Magna Voyage would always try for minimum cancellation and provide maximum credit shell/ Full refund for unutilized services as the case may be.
